Utilize these meditations anytime you feel disconnected from yourself. Day or night. You can listen to them sitting or laying down. They are tools you can use anytime you need a reset; a moment away from your busy mind and land in the present moment. 

If you are sitting down, take a good posture, with your back straight, shoulders down, relaxed face, take a deep breath and notice yourself sitting on a chair or a cushion. By adjusting yourself to a comfortable sitting position, you are inviting your body to join you into a meditative state.  When you feel settled in, press play and follow the sound of my voice. If you are listening laying down, take a moment to relax your body, your shoulders, your jaw, your legs, take a deep breath, press play and follow my voice.
